Mulled our Winter Warmer Christmas Ale is brewed using a rich domestic Pale malt to form the base, with a blend of dark Munich and Caramel malt to give it a warming and welcoming sweet malt flavor. Orange Peel is steeped in the kettle, and it's then spiced in the fermenter with a characteristic mulling blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, clove, cardamom, and star anise.
