Raw is a unique “No Boil” IPA brewed and double dry hopped with Citra, Galaxy and Nelson. The process of not boiling the wort allows the beer to maintain proteins that are typically broken down, creating a full bodied New England style IPA. The beer is pillowy soft with lovely notes stone fruit, citrus and white wine.
