Deep black with a thick, tawny head, 7 Seas Imperial Stout is a burly yet thoughtfully complex beer. Silky, full-bodied, rich in roasted grain and chocolate notes with a long, warming finish. Brewed several months prior to it's release, allowing the bold flavors to mellow and mingle, enjoy this limited season stout.

This NW Pilsner pays homage to those local brewers who came long before us, a shout-out to our home, the 253. Our NW spin on a classic pilsner-style lager. Brewed with NW Pale and Pilsner malt, hopped with Sterling and Cascade, this brew is 100% Washington. An extremely refreshing, dry, and crisp authentic Pilsner with that classic mineral, cracker like finish.

Brewed with 40% malted white wheat, along with a blend of pale ale and pilsner malts, 7 Seas Hefeweizen delivers a slightly bready, yet refreshing malt profile. A touch of noble European hops add a subtle crispness to this easy going, perfect for Summer type beer. For an extra thirst quenching twist, try it with a slice of lemon!

Brewed with 100% German pilsner malt.

This Northwest style Amber Ale, named in honor of our local Cutt's Island AKA "Dead Man's" Island, displays a brilliantly clear burgundy hue, a pleasantly floral/fruity aroma, a medium body, caramel-like malt flavors, and a pleasant lingering hop bitterness. Quite assertive for an Amber Ale, Cutt's remains well balanced yet truly Northwest in its audacity.

In honor of our 15th anniversary and Etcetera Tacoma’s 10th anniversary, we’ve joined forces to craft a grand celebratory beer. This hazy pale is overflowing with ultra tropical hop character and freshly puréed ripe pineapple! A medley of fruity hop aromas greets the nose followed by a smooth, lightly malt-forward body with notes of sweet and tangy pineapple. Hops: Mosaic, Talus, HBC-586 Malt: 2-row malt Other Features: Flaked oats
