Ace Cider

	Ace Cider - Ace Perry Cider Style: Cider ABV: 5.00% It’s made from delicious apple and pear juices. We use champagne yeast in all our ciders and ferment for them 10-14 days. We then cold-filter 4 times and carbonate them before bottling or kegging. It is 5% alcohol by volume with a lovely pear nose and a smooth semi-sweet mouth feel with a dry finish.

	Ace Cider - Ace Pineapple Cider Style: Cider ABV: 5.00% Ace Pineapple is the world's first ever Pineapple cider. We love Pineapples in California, so we tried adding fresh pineapple juice to our apple cider and it resulted in this delicious tropical libation!

	Ace Cider - Perry Style: Pear Cider ABV: 5.00% Ace Perry is an all-natural fruit cider. Fresh Pear juice and Madagascar Vanilla (for mouth-feel and smoothness) are added to our apple cider post fermentation.
