Ace Cider (The California Cider Company) - Blackjack Twenty One

ABV: 9.00%

ACE BlackJack is a special anniversary cider that was first made to celebrate 21 years of making ACE ciders in the Sebastopol area. It is a single varietal, local Sonoma Gravenstein, fermented at 9% abv and then oak aged it in Sonoma Chardonnay Barrels. Only a limited number of bottles of Blackjack 21 are made each year.
