This dubbel, or double, is the second beer in our monastic series. The following flavors are appropriate while explaining this Belgian influenced ale: Fig, chocolate, raisins, rum-like, dates and prunes. However, NONE of those products are in the beer! This is a beautiful harmony between the unique Belgian derived yeast and continental malts that make the tongue dance for joy.
