In backpacking culture, a bivouac (or bivvy, for short) is a sort of temporary campsite, meant to protect an adventurer for a few hours and to be constructed as easily as it's broken down. This saison is similarly uncomplicated and crushable. with doughy malt notes, aromas evocative of springtime, and a quenching dry finish that, like a good bivouac, leaves no trace.
