This Woodnotes Cellar farmhouse ale was foeder fermented to dryness with a hybrid French & Belgian saison strain which adds a subtle spice and banana characteristics. Then we added a bunch of local Arizona prickly pear juice from AZ cactus Ranch to create a watermelon-like refreshment.
