Brewed in collaboration with our neighbors, Afuri Ramen. A classic American Pilsner with some wheat malt and Amarillo, dosed with Afuri's house yuzu juice in the kettle and post ferment. Balanced with wheat softness. Carries a big citrus character and some more complex bay and rosemary herbs in the background.
