This is a beer that’s worthy of calling Asheville home. A Pale Ale that can appeal to Asheville’s diverse beer community. Hoppy enough for those with an appetite for destruction and a solid malty base to back it up. We dropped copious amounts of some of our favorite varieties in the kettle to give this Pale Ale a full hoppy flavor and aroma but kept the bitterness low enough for the masses. Citra, Chinook and Falconer’s Flight hops give this beer refreshing citrus and fruit flavors and the kind of aroma you crave from an American style pale. Four different types of malt highlighted a light crystal and aromatic malt build the backbone of this beer and contribute a unique and mild sweetness that really brings this beer home.

The Asheville Brewing brew team works closely with the Asheville Pizza and Brewing chefs to hand-craft a concoction of fresh vanilla beans, toasted cinnamon sticks, raisins and caramelized ginger. This saliva-inducing syrup is then added to Asheville Brewing’s World Beer Cup gold medal winner and year-round flagship beer, Ninja Porter. The all fresh ingredients produce the insane taste sensation of a liquid gingerbread cookie in the seasonal Ninja Bread Man Porter, a beer that stealthily kicks like a Ninja at 5.6 percent ABV.

Sister Bad Habit Amber Ale is a limited-release beer created by the folks at the Thirsty Monk in collaboration with Asheville Brewing’s finest brew miesters. The beer was originally released in 2014 and was praised by all who were fortunate enough to be enlightened by its golden color, thick head and perfectly carbonated blend of hops, top fermenting yeast and delicate malt.h
