Auburn Alehouse - Californium
Style: American IPA
ABV: 7.20% IBU: 80.0

Brewed as a "single" IPA, mopped like a "double" IPA, Californium (named after a man-made isotope suitable for medical-grade use) dutifully employs the "C" hops that were made famous in the formidable years of California's craft beer scene. Our brewers brought in some new hops, Comet and Idaho 7 to add new hop fabulousness to this old favorite! Light and dry, a true California style IPA.

	Auburn Alehouse - Gold Country Pilsner Style: Pilsner ABV: 5.00% IBU: 42.0 Brewed in the classic American Pilsner style, our popular Pils is a tribute to the pre-prohibition lagers developed & brewed by immigrant German brew-masters as they settled in the United States in the 1800s. This is a medium-bodied straw colored Pilsner with an elegant hop bitterness & lingering aroma.

	Auburn Alehouse - Gold Digger IPA Style: India Pale Ale ABV: 6.30% IBU: 65.0 Pale & crystal malts provide the backbone & golden hue, while Magnum, Simcoe & Chinook hops do the dancing on your tongue. Late hop additions to the kettle & aging on the “dry hop” give our India Pale Ale hop aroma & flavor worth digging for!

Auburn Alehouse - Irish Dry Stout -- NITRO
Style: Irish Dry Stout
ABV: 3.90% IBU: 30.0

True to style, our Irish Stout has a lighter body but more roasted barley flavor. The color is a beautiful deep ruby/mahogany hue with an off-white creamy head. Hops are on the upper end of the style but push the roasted profile forward. We use English-grown Challenger and East Kent Golding hops which are noted for their earthy/spicy aroma. Nitrogenation is employed for a smooth creamy experience!.

	Auburn Alehouse - Old Town Brown Style: Brown Ale ABV: 3.80% IBU: 25.0 Our medium-bodied Brown Ale is styled after the popular English Mild Ale. Considered ”Session Ale” due in part to its mild flavor and lower alcohol content, Old Town Brown has a smooth yet complex maltiness derived from a special blend of roasted chocolate and crystal malts. Exceptionally balanced with fresh English hops.

Full-bodied with roasted coffee undertones, our stout is mashed with over 100 pounds of oats to give it a smooth, creamy profile. Nitrogen is employed to produce a thick, creamy head & to enhance drinkability. It’s name is a tribute to the bar & restaurant that formerly occupied ours! The Brewmaster’s wife’s favorite!
