Abbey Terno is brown in color but not a heavy beer. It is actually lighter in body and alcohol than the Tripel! The aroma is spicy and fragrant. It is full in flavor with a malty base with spicy overtones. There are hints of chocolate and caramel. No heavy roasted or burnt flavors in this beer! There is a mild hop bitterness provided by noble hops.

We completely saturated this ale until it was bursting with Citra, Strata, and Vic Secret hops, creating the perfect blend of bright tropical and dank resinous flavors that intensify with every sip.

We did hops our way, marrying the big juicy hop style of a new England IPA with our 10% Belgian Wheat Wine. This full-bodied beer is bursting orange peel, coriander, sticky malts and of course dank floral and citrusy hops. The bitterness is just enough to balance rich malt sweetness and the blend of Nugget, Citra, Motueka, Amarillo and Mandarina Bavaria add a depth of flavor and complexity that has to be tasted.

Originally brewed way back in 2016 as a one-off, this deliciously dark ale gained a bit of a cult following, with fans feverishly requesting it’s return. Conceived as a hybrid of a roasty Imperil Stout and a fruity Belgian-style Quadrupel, Monk in the Park is full of intense malt flavor and decadent yeasty esters. As the bottles of the 2016 version are still tasting great all these years later, we anticipate this to batch will age gracefully.

This very special release from Barrel of Monks is brewed once a year to celebrate the Day of the Dead. Black malts lend a subtle roastiness and velvety notes of chocolate while our estery yeast strain combines with pitch-black candi sugar to add dark fruit notes to the celebration. Fortunately for those of strong will, this dense and delightful Imperial Stout's massive malt bill and bottle conditioning make it a perfect beer for long term cellaring. The Wizard is a take on the “white” beers revived by Pierre Celis in the 1960’s, a wheat beer that is pale in color and naturally cloudy. It is a spiced ale using coriander and Florida orange peel to add a citrus crispiness that makes it a refreshing and drinkable ale. There is a light hop finish to add to the drinkability of this beer.

Three Fates aroma is spicy and floral, with a hint of hops. The flavor is complex this beer is fairly dry for it’s ABV but has a blend of spicy notes and fruity esters there are hints of clove and light fruits aside the bready malt flavor. This beer is made with a special Belgian yeast strain that helps give this unique flavor profile. The hop finish is mild but present noble hops help balance the other flavors.

While we added plenty of raspberries for flavor, aroma and color we made sure to not cover up the refreshing malty goodness of The Wizard. You can still taste the slight hints of orange and coriander now made even more complex with this extra fruit addition. This beer is dryand drinkable with a faint tartness on the back end. Through the month of October a portion of the proceeds of this beers sales will be donated to breast cancer awareness.
