I vividly remember the excitement of putting our crates on the scale to see if we were released to swim! With just as much eagerness, I present to you my tribute to Oregon berries. All the Berries is a semi-sweet cider filled with flavor from three of my favorites that we grow: blueberries, raspberries and marionberries.”- Christine Walter, Head Cider Maker

Bauman's Cider Company - Clydes Dry
Style: Cider - Dry
ABV: 6.70%

My Grandpa Clyde was born in 1921, on the farm where he would live his entire 92 years. Clyde's Dry cider is my tribute to his life and his love of the farm. It is a blend of more than twenty varietals, including sweets and sharps grown on the family farm and loved by Grandpa, farming until his very last days. It has a decent amount of tannic character from the blend and the addition of some locally-picked Manchurian Crab apples

	Bauman's Cider Company - Cranberry Style: Hard Cider ABV: 6.50% Juicy red cranberries from the Everest family farm in Sixes, Oregon, fermented together with apples from our farm. The tart berries balance the sweetness of the apples, with a splash of fresh apple juice added just at the end. It is sure to brighten your holiday table.
