Aroma
Strong Citrus, spice, pine hoppiness brought on by Chinook, Centennial, and Ella hops. Small malt aroma present.
Appearance
Pale Yellow, slightly hazy. good head retention.
Flavor
Similar to the aroma, citrus and piney. Fruitiness followed by sharp refreshing bitterness wchich reminds you that it is in fact an IPA. Slight malt sweetness as it warms.
Mouthfeel
Medium light body, balances out the bitter sharpness. Leaves a dry refreshing aftertaste.
