	Bemidji Brewing - Red X Style: Red Ale ABV: 5.30% IBU: 20.0 Brewed in the style of German Altbier, this cool-fermented ale focuses on Red X malt and Loral hops. This highly kilned malt provides rich, bready and toasty notes while Loral hops layer on dark fruit flavors with a bit of spice. A small amount of red wheat malt helps round out this easy drinking, malty beer.

Bemidji Brewing - Spring IPA
Style: Hazy IPA
ABV: 6.50% IBU: 45.0

Spring IPA explores the unique tropical flavors of hops grown in New Zealand. Loads of Nelson Sauvin & Motueka hops in the whirlpool and the dry hop lend notes of guava, pineapple, and lemon-lime as well as a distinctive southern hemisphere terroir. A pale grist with the addition of oats and wheat creates a hazy, pillowy backdrop for these expressive hops to shine.

Bemidji Brewing - Tepache Sour

Taking its inspiration from the refreshing drink sold by Mexican street vendors and taco stands, this sour beer pairs sweet, juicy pineapple with a hint of cinnamon and a crisp tartness. Lucious tropical aromas are layered over a clean, wheat-based sour ale that finishes with a hint of sweetness and spice from the cinnamon - the perfect summer refresher!

Bemidji Brewing - West Coast DIPA
Style: Double IPA
ABV: 8.30% IBU: 100.0

This big, bold Double IPA pours a clear deep golden color and is sure to satisfy every hophead. Loads of Mosaic, Chinook and Ekuanot hops are layered in throughout the brewing process to provide bright notes of orange, pine, and grapefruit with a background tropical complexity. Fermented to a crisp dryness and sporting a snappy bitterness, this beer drinks easier than its high ABV would suggest.

Bemidji Brewing - Winter IPA
Style: Hazy IPA
ABV: 7.30% IBU: 65.0

Embrace the season with this hazy wheat IPA that features Loral, Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic Cryo hops! Freezing and concentrating the aromatic compounds of the hop cones allows us access to the lupulin and oils that lend this beer intense aromas of tangerine, peach, and papaya. Heaps of white wheat provide a malt backbone that is as pillowy and soft as a fresh snowfall.
