	Bierkeller - Fastenbier Style: Dunkel ABV: 5.00% IBU: 22.0 A "Franconian Dunkel" brewed for the Lenten season. Contains 70% Munich malt and 20% Weyerman beechwood smoked malt. A small amount of roasted malt ties it all together. Lagered for 8 weeks prior to release. "Fluessiges bricht, das Fasten nicht!"

Bierkeller - Helles
Style: Helles
ABV: 4.90%

Our Helles Lagerbier has a purity and cleanness you can taste at first sip. Brewed with a combination of heirloom Barke pilsner and regular Weyermann pilsner malts and hopped with Magnum and Hallertau Mittlefrüh, this is a traditional pale lager like you find in nearly every German beer garden -- beer in its truest, simplest (and most delicious) form.

	Bierkeller - Kellerbier Style: Kellerbier ABV: 5.30% Kellerbier is served young, with light carbonation, and is quite hoppy with a cloudy appearance. Light, soft, and refreshing, Kellerbier is a rustic, "farmhouse lager" meant to be consumed in quantity year-round. A true Franconian original.

	Bierkeller - Kolumbianer Style: Kolsch ABV: 4.80% IBU: 28.0 This Kölsch-style beer is easy-drinking, crisp and bright with a floral hoppiness and a slight white grape/white wine character from the yeast.

	Bierkeller - Rauchbier Style: Rauchbier ABV: 5.30% IBU: 24.0 Rauchbier is a smoky, reddish-brown lager. The smokiness is balanced by spicy Noble hops. We use 100% German smoked malt and a traditional German lager strain, and condition in our horizontal fermentation tanks.
