ABV: 5.80% IBU: 22.0

Sweet malt, rich caramel, and light toasted bread notes; with a smooth body and clean malty finish and a noble hop backbone. One of our most complex lagers yet. This beer is a malt bomb in the sweetest and cleanest form. A Bock at heart this beverage bleeds rich and complex malt flavors of caramel, bread, honey, and dried fruit. Lagered 8 weeks to round out the perfect malty sweet and crisp lager finish.

Bird Creek Brewing - Cowboy Cold
Style: Cold IPA
ABV: 6.80% IBU: 50.0

A Hybrid by all means, this beer brings to the table everything we love about IPA's and Lagers. A style introduced to the brewing industry by Wayfinder brewing of Portland Oregon. This beer is made with a heavy hand of rice and fermented warm with lager yeast, and hopped like an IPA. The result, a hop expressive IPA with the smooth and crisp drinkability of a lager. The Cold IPA.

	Bird Creek Brewing - Cruise Control Style: Kolsch ABV: 5.20% IBU: 22.0 We brewed this with a simple malt and hop bill and let the yeast take the wheel. This beer bleeds the traditional Kolsch flavor with a clean, light bodied and crisp finish.

ABV: 5.20% IBU: 23.0

A Lager brewed with all german ingredients. This beer was dry hopped to highlight one of our favorite noble hop varieties, Hallertau Mittelfruh. A light and drinkable pilsner with an extra expression of hops. Tasting Notes Light, sweet, bready. Notes of dried pear, fresh cut grass, spring flowers, a punch of noble hop aroma, with a dry finish.

This 4.7%, brilliantly golden, light American lager is built with an all American grain bill of pilsen and rice, and balanced by Motueka hops of New Zealand. We brewed this beer with restrained hop additions on the hot side and saved all the hop goodness for the cold side. Dry Hopped at 4Lbs/Barrel, this is a hop-saturated beverage with bright tropical fruit flavors
