Our Bitburger Winterbock is a light bock beer that is refined with Bitburger sealed hops and Callista aroma hops. It is tasty and has a strong taste and is therefore ideal for enjoying beer in winter. The intense, pleasantly rich malt sweetness unfolds with a mildly fruity initial taste and is harmoniously accompanied by a fine hop bitterness before it fades away comfortably and warmly on the palate. With its scent of forest honey and ripe nectarines, our Bitburger Winterbock ensures an enjoyable winter time. Developed by our master brewer Stefan Meyna, our Bitburger Winterbock matures in our storage cellars at -2°C
