	Blindwood Cider - Dry Hopped Style: Cider Dry ABV: 5.80% We use bold amounts of west coast style hops to dry hop this cider. This sizeable dry hop gives our cider plenty of floral and dank aromatics with notes of citrus and orange.

Tea, fancy right? Sorta like cider, refined but not too pretentious. Well whatever it is- tea is delicious, so we've added some of our favorite Earl Grey to our dry cider, post-fermentation (and tossed in some grapefruit zest for good measure). With aromas of marmalade and caramel, this golden cider tastes of tart bergamot and tangy roasted almonds, and brisk leather.

	Blindwood Cider - Plum and Cardamom Style: Off-Dry Cider ABV: 6.80% This off-dry cider has spicy floral flavors and aromatics that fade to juicy plum. The brilliant rose hue obtains all of its color and robust flavor from locally grown Santa Rosa plums, first cultivated in 1906. With one pound to each gallon, the fruit was aged in our fresh pressed West Coast apples for weeks.
