After your Cellarman goes on his 1st East coast IPA bender killing hops like a raged mobster in a territory war, you better believe you're gonna have a 2nd Hopicide to Justify as well. We did so by disposing of the hop remains in this super juicy, hazy IPA. When you have Mosaic, Simcoe and Enigma hop juice on your hands. You rinse it off with wort, dry it up with oats, and bring forward an earthy explosion of tropical fruit, berries, citurs, lemongrass and pine!

Blue Blood Brewing Co. - Hop Abduction

Let’s face it, sometimes things just get weird. For us it happened when we learned the hops we needed for our next beer were abducted by aliens. Our brewer wasted no time and jumped into action, going after them like Buck Rogers! Unfortunately, he’s now curled up in the corner of the brewery in the fetal position rocking back and forth like a child. So, for the sake of our brewer and his sanity we hope you enjoy this juicy IPA of Mosaic, Enigma, and Hallertau Blanc hops that glows with an orange hue; tasting of tropical fruit, rockmelon and citrus before a mild eartly finish of lemongrass.

Style: American Imperial Stout

Don’t be fooled by its chocolaty sweetness… there is a roasty warm backbone to this outlaw that is hiding an oaky edge and a mild vanilla undertone that will run away with your pallet, your heart, and well…. your liver if you’re not careful. So, arrest at your own risk but don’t say we didn’t warn you. It may make those cold Siberian nights a little warmer but tackling this Outlaw is guaranteed to be some trouble.

Blue Blood Brewing Co. - Outlaw Series Blackberry Cabern-Aged
Style: Saison
ABV: 7.50% IBU: 20.0

Some of the best Outlaws are created while having to do hard time. This one was fermented with Brettanomyces and locked up for 10 months in American & French Oak Cabernet Barrels. It was then tossed in with dark and juicy Blackberries which resulted in one purple’sh Outlaw. The start of this beer will be berry sweet with grapes and tart cherries before lingering into mildly acidic wine tannins and an earthy cabernet spice note that finishes oaky dry.

Blue Blood Brewing Co. - Outlaw Series: American Tart Cherry
Style: Saison
ABV: 7.30% IBU: 23.0

This Outlaw Saison was caught and sentenced to 10 months of hard time in American Red Wine Barrels with a Brettanomyces Lambicus yeast strain. While it was in there it threw down with 1.5 pounds of tart cherries per gallon. Hard time like this will make anyone a little sour. So be careful now. This Outlaws time is finally up, and there is no doubt about it, it will do whatever it can to pucker you up and run away with your pallet.

Style: Brown Ale
ABV: 11.30% IBU: 50.0

The Outlaw we’ve had locked up for over a year just got out! And boy, did it get liquored up on brown ale, bourbon and Molasses! If you can catch this bad boy out on the run be ready for a feisty brown ale full of caramel, toffee and almond with a bit of oak backed up by a sweet molasses kick! Don’t worry about that boozy finish, we’d expect an outlaw of this nature to have a fiery personality.

This Farmhouse Ale was initially corrupted and sentenced to over a year of solitary confinement in oak barrels before being transferred to general population in apple brandy foudres with strawberries and kiwi’s. The outcome, a modestly tart sour ale with a strawberry sweetness and earthy dry finish of funk that will take over your palate like a crime wave.

So we didn’t brew our Märzen in March…but we did release in September to celebrate Oktoberfest! To take it one step further, we smoked it up a bit so it would pair perfectly with a nice grilled bratwurst! This beer will have a mild smoked cherry wood character on the nose that will hit your pallet with a smoked, toasty malt sweetness and a crisp mouthfeel that will leave you wanting to take another drink…or bite, whichever seems more appropriate.

	Blue Blood Brewing Co. - The Blaze Schaeferhund Kakao Kolsch Style: Kolsch ABV: 4.20% IBU: 15.0 This beer is a wonderful snack of a beer that is clean and crisp but tastes like Kakao (cocoa in German) on the finish.
