Clear golden orange beer with white foam. Definitely very herbal. Big time sage and juniper. Pretty grassy, some mild bread, and a light melon note. Interesting. Flavor has some mild bitterness to it and a strong straw flavor. Lots of sage in particular, but a touch of thyme, too. Grassy, pretty dry, and lightly fruity.
