In celebration of our multiple award winning IPA, we reverently aged this special variation on French Oak. This variety of oak is less dense and imparts more subtle flavors to the beer giving it balance and structure. Flavors which are redolent of vanilla, caramel, and toffee develop in the beer during aging. This contributes a subtle and silky texture which sways across your senses and beckons you to ask for another. A fitting tribute to our home in Lakeland, Florida, the city which put this beer on the map.
