Is it a sparkling wine or a beer? That is the question amateurs of exceptional products ask when they discover our Cassis for the first time. Cassis Lindemans is a fruity beer made from a lambic base which, thanks to its shades of dark purple and its aromas, is spontaneously reminiscent of wine. The taste of Cassis Lindemans on the palate is inimitable: intense and sparkling with a sour-sweet finish.

	Brouwerij Lindemans - Framboise Style: Lambic ABV: 2.50% IBU: 12.0 Raspberry lambic was once a rarity and only produced for a few weeks during the summer. Frank Boon was the first brewer to again prepare a raspberry lambic in the summer of 1976. More than 300 grams per litre of fresh raspberries give Framboise Boon a fresh fruity taste.

Brouwerij Lindemans - Noir
Style: Fruit Beer
ABV: 8.00%

Blend of lambic with top-fermented Belgian strong ale. Deep ruby red in color, Lindemans Noir is made with blackcurrants, blueberries, and elderberries, creating a rich foam head and an intense aroma of dark, red fruits. Its taste is fresh and round, evoking red and black currants with a hint of cherry. The acidity is balanced by a soft, refreshing aftertaste.

	Brouwerij Lindemans - Strawberry Style: Lambic ABV: 4.10% IBU: 12.0 Lindemans first new fruited lambic in over a decade. Choosing strawberry, one of the most noble of fruits, was easy: the complex sweetness of the fruit matches perfectly with the sourness of lambic, resulting in a unique balanced marriage of sweet and sour.
