Foudre-Aged Vienna Style Lager We are but the fragments of chained up zeal and rivers of flowing concepts, left dammed up by the circumstances of our times. The shovels are laid. And the resurrection is upon us. A foudre lager that waited its turn in the parlance of our times. Made from a base of German Vienna malt, this beer spent over 12 weeks lagering patiently in our taproom foudre. The result is a bright and lively object of golden honey, freshly popped toast, hay and crispy refreshment untold before now.
