Mashed with Weyermann Bohemian Pilsner and Malted Rye. Whirlpooled with Amarillo Cryo. Double dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Eclipse, and a dab of Simcoe. Scoops of peach sorbet drizzled in grapefruit crush and sprinkled with pink peppercorn.
