Our first foray into the world of Foeder Lagerbier! Essentially a stripped-down version of a Vienna Lager, this was brewed with Vienna and Pilsner then hopped with Tettnang. Conditioned for 6 weeks in the Foeder and an additional 2 weeks in stainless. We’re incredibly excited with how this beer turned out and even more excited to see where this journey into Foeder Lagerbier takes us...
