Hand selected fruit from our hillside vineyards are used to create our Barrel Fermented Chardonel. This wine undergoes a malolactic fermentation to create a luscious mouth-feel with a light buttery texture. Aged 9 months in Missouri oak barrels to fully embellish its complex flavors and alluring aromas.
