Cherry Street Brewing - Cherry Limeade
Style: Berliner Weissbier
ABV: 4.00% IBU: 10.0

A Berliner Weisse is a tart German Wheat Ale that is kettle soured and then fermented with tart & sweet cherries & key lime juice. We kettle sour with lactobacillus, a probiotic similar to what is in yogurt, which causes a pH drop to around 3.4. This provides a tart, effervescent character similar to a sweet tart.

	Cherry Street Brewing - Dark Side of the Strawberry Moon Style: Sour Wheat Ale ABV: 4.00% IBU: 10.0 Dark Side of the Strawberry Moon is a tart and effervescent Sour Wheat Ale brewed in the traditional German Berliner Weisse method and heavily fruited with Strawberry, Blackberry, and Blueberry. Expect a clean tart character with a ripe fruit burst and vibrant mouthfeel finish.

Cherry Street Brewing - Friend of the Farmer Pumpkin Pie Porter

A Friend of the Farmer is a Friend of Mine! This brown porter is loaded with roasted pumpkin puree in the mash, a great blend of homemade pumpkin pie spice and lactose (milk sugar) in the boil that gives this fall brew a great smooth finish. Originally created by our brewery lead man, Jonny “Catfish”, this is an award winning recipe!

	Cherry Street Brewing - Goldeneye 007 IPA Style: New England IPA ABV: 6.00% IBU: 35.0 Not only is this beer named after our favorite childhood Nintendo Game, it is also named after the street our restaurant is on for the past 10 years, Bond St. And, we also used plenty of 007 hops, along with Amarillo and Cashmere. This is a super tropical Hazy IPA with hints of pine, resin, and dank.

Cherry Street Brewing - Groovy Child Guava
Style: Golden Ale
ABV: 4.50% IBU: 25.0

Groovy Child is an easy going Golden Ale with it's own personality. It's Dry Hopped with El Dorado Hops and infused with Pink Guava from Ecuador. The El Dorado hops add an excellent tropical fruity character with notes of pineapple and mango, while the Guava adds a nice bitter fruit finish. Super refreshing for the warm Spring Days.

	Cherry Street Brewing - Hammered Monkey Style: Wheat Beer - Hefeweizen ABV: 5.50% IBU: 17.0 A traditional German Hefeweizen using only the finest German malts, hops, and yeast. Hefeweizen means wheat beer with yeast. Expect fresh banana and slight clove notes. These flavors come naturally from the yeast.

Hazetronics is electric, vibrant, and loud and jammed full of McKenzie™ Hops, a brand spankin new variety released by the West Coast Hop Breeding Company out of Oregon. McKenzie™ is "bright and fruity" with grapefruit, lemon, nectarine, and melon aromas and flavors. We used Omega Labs Cosmic Punch Yeast which is a thiolized yeast strain, meaning yeast cells to accentuate flavors and aromas!

	Cherry Street Brewing - Jackie's Revenge Style: American Brown Ale ABV: 7.20% We are honored to brew with our Great Mug Club Member friends, Alan and Jackie Grote. Half of this beer was aged in a Woodford Reserve Bourbon Barrel for about 3 months, and then blended back with the base beer. This is super smooth, with hints of bourbon and wood in a really nice Brown Ale.

This fruited sour blonde ale is a Berliner style beer, meaning it is kettle soured with lactobacillus, a probiotic similar to what is in yogurt, which causes a pH drop to around 3.4. This provides a tart, effervescent character similar to a sweet tart. It also has Mallo Creme added to help round out the mouthfeel and then fruited with cranberry puree and pineapple juice.

Expect an explosion of juice up front with a pleasant sweet tart finish. With the emphasis on the tangerine, with hints of apricot and blackberry, this sour pushes the limits of a cross between a creamsicle and fresh picked berries.

Cherry Street Brewing - Tres Caballeros
Style: Mexican Lager
ABV: 5.50%

Also known as Tres Cabby, this lager is super suave and quite smooth, much like "the three gentlemen" this beer is named after. Bumping the ABV slightly by using agave nectar, this natural sweetener also adds a hint of sweetness to balance the malty and mild hop notes. Ask for it with a salt rim and lime. It's quite refreshing.

This particular brew features Trident Hops from Hopsteiner, which packs a punch of citrus, passion fruit, and tropical fruits. In addition, we used Omega Labs Star Party Yeast, which is a thiolized yeast, which accentuates those ripe flavors and aromas.

	Cherry Street Brewing - Vi-Hi IPA Style: Double IPA ABV: 6.60% IBU: 45.0 Vintage Vi-Hi American IPA makes it's debut with Taco Mac Restaurants for April Beer of the Month. This Retro Brew is designed after the traditional American IPA with an assertive tropical fruity hop bitterness from a newer hop blend called Trident, while being fermented with Lutra yeast for a light and crisp finish.

Remember when breweries tried to brew the highest IBU beer? This is pretty close!

	Cherry Street Brewing - West LA IPA Style: West Coast IPA ABV: 6.80% IBU: 68.0 West Coast Style IPA using only Mosaic hops. These hops produce a rich flavor of tropical fruits, especially passion fruit, mango, and papaya. More aromatic and less on the bitter side, expect a smooth, hoppy flavor without the bitter bite on the finish. 21 hops, but 1 will do.
