Some traditions are newer than others. Church Street is proud to present our take on the American IPA with this dry-hopped West Coast IPA that's brimming with Cascade aroma, giving this tangerine-beauty a fruity and refreshing nose--don't be suprised if you find yourself sniffing more than sipping! A bold bitterness is rounded out by notes of citrus and grapefruit and a slightly dry hoppy finish. Cheers!

An unfiltered lager with a smooth, malty umami character and a crisp German hop finish. Yeast in suspension provides for a medium-body that manages to be refreshing, yet hearty. Named after a song by good friend of the brewery, Robert Rolfe Federsson, Head in the Clouds won our March Madness-style "name the beer" competition for March of 2017.

Well ours happens to own a couple of pubs right here in Nebraska, and after an ale or two of his own, he wanted a namesake beer to excite the Irish in all of us! So, he asked us for an easy drinking pint of Irish Red that has a soft caramel malt sweetness and mild roasty finish that Irish Red Ales are known for...but he wanted just a wee bit of a hop kick to balance it all out.

Style: Historical Beer - Zoigl

This beer follows in the tradition of Zoiglbier as it comes off as a lager that is completely unique to the place where it’s brewed. In this case, our Zoiglbier is a very clean clear lager with some mild toasty caramel notes to round out the flavor. It’s lighter than a Marzen and not as much alcohol as a “Fest” beer while having a little more malt character that a “Fest” beer. Thanks Mark - Prost!
