Brewed in collaboration with Springbrook Nature Center and the Village of Itasca, Springbrook Bock is a rich, malty lager crafted with a traditional double decoction mash. Layers of Vienna, Munich, and Caramunich malts create notes of toasted bread and caramel, balanced by the subtle spice of Tettnang hops and finished clean with a classic Munich lager yeast.
