The end result is a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and sour. Expect the Pink Himalayan Salt and flowery guava to leave you refreshed and wanting more.

	Collective arts - Mai Tai Sour Style: Sour ABV: 6.00% Inspired by the quintessential tropical cocktail, this beer is brewed with curacao orange peel, lime juice and real orgeat syrup. Fruity citrus notes, an almond and spice background, and a whole lot of fun.

	Collective arts - Raspberry Peach Bellini Style: Sour Fruited ABV: 5.70% This sour is inspired by a classic cocktail - with some added tropics! We used real fruit, a blend of local raspberries and peaches for avours that are a familiar blend of summer. Bright, bold - with just the right amount of pizazz!
