Delirium - Huyghe Brewery - Deliria
Style: Belgian-Style Golden Ale
ABV: 8.50% IBU: 30.0

Colour and appearance: a pale blonde colour and fine creamy-white head which clings to the glass. Flavour: A pleasant sparkling carbonate content produces a soft, full taste perception. The aroma is very balanced with a fruity, flowery background and an initial Chardonnay impression which evolves into a spicy, mild aroma of hops. The taste is very full-bodied and is balanced with fruity tones of apple and Chardonnay grapes. Deliria has a fine, mild bitterness in its aftertaste and a splendid, round feel in the mouth which evolves well. Special beer brewed once a year to mark International Women's Day.

Style: Belgian Strong Golden Ale

The allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance. With a particular character, the unique taste results from triple fermentation and the use of three different yeast strains. Sweet, biscuit malt backbone, supported by pleasant warmth and spice, finishes well rounded, floral, and dry. Color and Sight: Pale blond, the fine and regular sparkle creates a nice, stable foam head. Scent: Slightly malty, heavy touch of alcohol, spicy. Taste: A good shot of alcohol ignites in the mouth, as it were, which really warms the tongue and palate. The taste is also characterized by its roundness. The finish is strong, long and dry bitter.

	Delirium - Huyghe Brewery - Floris Cactus Style: Fruit Beer ABV: 4.20% Green colour, slightly cloudy because of the wheat beer. Dense, white head. We detect green lime and tequila. Very fresh mouthfeel, coming from the tequila. Served cold, this beer is an excellent aperitif.

	Delirium - Huyghe Brewery - Floris Passion Style: Fruit Beer ABV: 3.60% Slightly golden colour, extraordinary white head. We detect the soury smell of the Maracuja (passion fruit). Thanks to the sourness of the Maracuja, this beer is an excellent thirst-quencher during summer. And because of the freshness, this low-alcohol beer can also be served as an aperitif.

	Delirium - Huyghe Brewery - La Guillotine Style: Belgian Strong Golden Ale ABV: 8.50% Golden blond, multigrain beer with a very persistent, lacing head. Scent: A complex smell, with a citrus aroma, followed by hop aromas such as Saaz, Brewers Gold and Amarillo. Flavour: Initially rather sweet, because of the alcohol. The intense taste and roundness mask the presence of high bitterness.
