E9 Brewing Co. - Adventures of Zelda
Style: Saison
ABV: 6.40%

Barrel aged saison, brewed and named after head brewer Shane's second daughter Zelda. Originally brewed with fresh hops grown around the city of Tacoma back in September of 2018, it went into barrel after stainless primary fermentation where it sat for 14 months. Lots of body, low in ABV, and tons of cool peach/lemon aromatics, blended with a slight tartness as it rolls back over the tongue.

Multiple Blend BA Mixed Cultured Wild Ale aged and rested on 4 months on 500lbs of Apriums (Reverse Pluot) from Collins Family Orchards. Blended with Mixed Fermentation beers from 1 year and 18 months Oak barrels. You'll taste something like you haven't before when this baby from Apricot and Plums tantalizes your taste buds with a delicate funky play in ballet minerality that lets it shine. With Kumquatish similarities when it comes to the juiciness of the fruit.

Style: American IPA
ABV: 6.30%

UNFILTERED IPA brewed with our Favorite Barbarian Yeast and a mix of some really good El Dorado and Sabro on the hot side. That will lend Fat Watermelon and Pineapple in the flavor with the yeast. It's then heavily dry-hopped with Final Boss amounts of our favorite Hop Mosaic & Mosaic cryo. Notes of huge melon, citrus berry, tropical stone fruit and light herbal dank aromatics.

	E9 Brewing Co. - Mumme’s the Word Style: Schwarzbier ABV: 5.30% Classic schwarzbier dark lager brewed with German pilsner malt, Munich 1 malt and German chocolate malted wheat. Hopped in the kettle with newer generation Mandarina Bavaria and Hallertau Blanc. Full bodied, yet crispy and light on the palate. of toasted pumpernickel, stone fruit, and coffee.

We then Dry hopped with Simcoe Cryo, Bru-1, Mosaic and Idaho-7 hops to give big notes of mango, berry, tropical fruit, pineapple and watermelon aromatics.
