Elegantly peach-like in color with floral and citrusy aromatics, this saison is brewed with plum, lemongrass, and an all-North Carolina sourced malt bill. It drinks with a pleasant tartness at first, finishing with balanced fruity and mild spice characteristics. All of these layers come together over a medium body and fairly dry finish. Some may say old world styles are a lost art, but all is not lost in this beautifully complex beer.
