	Elm Creek Brewing Co. - Oktoberfest 2025 Style: Oktoberfest ABV: 6.00% This Marzen style Oktoberfest is brewed with a blend of Weyermann Munich, Vienna, and Caramunich malts to give a smooth caramel and malt backbone. It is then hopped in the kettle with Hallertauer Magnum and Saaz hops bringing in Nobel hop aromas, and a crisp bitterness to round out the malty sweetness.

	Elm Creek Brewing Co. - Sustained Illusion Style: Hazy IPA ABV: 6.50% Brewed with malted wheat and flaked oats, hopped with Citra in the whirlpool and then dry hopped with Citra and Enigma. Giving aromas of White Wine, raspberries and red currants, and a soft body with deep tropical fruit flavors.
