The laws of thermodynamics theorize that entropy in the universe will continue to increase until it reaches a constant value. This means, in short, that things will continue to cool down until everything ceases to exist. Absolute zero. Luckily for us, this will not happen for about 10^100 years, so we may as well have a little fun while we are waiting for the end.
Here in Texas, where temperatures are not anywhere close to absolute zero, Entropic IPA is our answer to the Texas heat. Known as the “Gateway IPA,” Entropic is aggressively hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe to overwhelm your senses with the aroma of tropical fruit. Flavors of ripe mango and passion fruit dominate the palate with a light, dry, finish that satisfies your thirst no matter what the temperature is.
