Our collaboration with Northeast Minneapolis beer pioneers, Dangerous Man. We biotransformed this beer during dry-hop with 2 additions of Lotus, Idaho 7 and Taiheke hops. Bio-transformation gives us access to flavors we wouldn't otherwise have access too, giving off crazy citrus, stone fruit and juice.
