A Belgian golden strong inspired india pale ale double dry hopped with ahtanum, azacca and ekuanot. Brewed in collaboration with our good buds at Fair State Brewing Cooperative of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mashed with a complex array of local barley and wheat malt along with a helping of flaked oats. Fermented with our house saison yeast blend for incredible aromatics and injected into the fermenter with Belgian candy sugar for boosted alcohol and a dry finish. Double dry-hopped in the fermenter with ahtanum cryo hops, azacca and ekuanot.
