an alvarado street-style double india pale ale dry-hopped with el dorado, HBC 586 and mosaic cryo Representing Track 7 of this ongoing project are our wonderful friends and California Dreamin’ pals over at Alvarado Street Brewery of Monterey, California. An inspiring brewery, their hoppy beer program has had us smitten as a kitten for quite some time now. As we do with this project, we leaned hard into their approach and together dreamed up a DIPA utilizing their philosophy and techniques. Incorporating experimental hops along with some from their private stash, we couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
