Waves are not just for the water. Everything on earth from sound to light to solid matter has and is influenced by wave patterns. Even fashion. Even trees. Even beer. The physical world is a mystery and Wave Studies are how we get to the bottom of it. What’s new in this batch: Same hops as the last batch but different hop lots, quantities and addition times. Where you put stuff in matters just as much as what stuff you put in. Hops: Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo Malts: Rahr 2Row, Weyermann Acidulated
