We love how everything from the past is making a come back. Don’t be fooled by the name, this is a new school IPA. Dripping with juicy mango and subtle white grapes flavor, this super hazy IPA still carries some of that old school bitterness that made IPAs popular back in the early ‘00s. Sip, relax, and reminisce of the days of late you spent playing Berzerk, Asteroids and Pac Man.

While our name can interpret many things, our take of it is something you shouldn’t miss. This refreshing lager was brewed with three kinds of rice, jasmine tea, and sorachi ace hops. It is light, crisp, floral, and oh so easy! With the advice from our moms still ringing in our ears as a kid, “Don’t miss breakfast it’s the most important meal of the day” – our adult selves are now saying “Don’t miss this lager during the summer months”.

	G5 Brewing Company - Falles Style: White Stout ABV: 7.00% IBU: 20.0 A festival in Spain had a profound impact on Head Brewer Tim. Horchata (sweet tiger nuts or rice milk with cinnamon and vanilla) was developed in the same region of Spain. This release might not falles into winter norms, but will for sure keep you warm. Do like the Spaniards and open near a fire, celebrate the season, and enjoy!

You’ll experience a beer that has notes of white wine grapes with a nutty/bready backbone, and a beautiful clean finish. With a couple of these we think Wisconsin will give New Zealand a run for its money as most friendly!

	G5 Brewing Company - Lightest Dark Style: Dark Lager ABV: 4.80% IBU: 20.0 In the midst of barrel-aged this and barrel-aged that we wanted a pallet cleanser that wasn't hops or just another lager. This light (yet very dark) beer gets its cues from bigger abv beers but packs them in a drinkable smaller abv. Enjoy the lightest dark you probably have ever had. Prost!

Rice Crispies white Stout- Diving deep into the archives we discovered a long lost brother to an infamous cartoon mascot trio who was not made for the limelight and fame therefore was quickly forgotten. POW! was the “power of whole grain rice” which is also the backbone of this delicious treat, sweet enough to bring back the nostalgia but balanced enough to make it more than a breakfast beer. RIP POW!
