We use tons of Chocolate, Munich, and Roasted Malt, then blend it with Centennial and Northern Brewer hops to create what we'd like to call Roasted Chocolaty Goodness.

Georgetown Brewing Co. - Draft Only IPA
Style: American IPA

We got together with Boneyard Beer and made a classic, but modern, West Coast IPA using public domain hops that have been available for over 30 years. This IPA was brewed with Columbus, Cascade, Centennial, Comet and Chinook along with a supporting malt bill for flavors and aromas of spruce tip, hibiscus, lime zest and a dash of the Pacific Northwest.

	Georgetown Brewing Co. - Johnny Utah Style: Pale Ale ABV: 5.60% With heavy grapefruit, citrus and resin in the nose, this light colored ale has minimal malt interference, giving the beer a clean finish without a cloying bitterness. Pronounced grapefruit and pine flavors with a faint verdant note.

Georgetown Brewing Co. - Lisa's Chocolate Stout -- NITRO
Style: Chocolate Stout
ABV: 8.30% IBU: 30.0

A very full bodied beer with intense chocolate, coffee and dark malt flavors. Often the flavor profile of a chocolate stout is achieved by malt selection and cocoa nibs, but in the case of Lisa's, we add actual chocolate in the boil. Oats give the beer a creamy texture which is amplified when poured on nitro. Very subtle earthy hoppiness.

Style: Imperial IPA
ABV: 8.50%

Medwards says "If you force fed a watermelon a steady diet of mandarin oranges and pineapples and then dropped said watermelon into a wood chipper, the resulting aromas and flavors that came out the business end of the wood chipper would be the best way to describe the new DIPA. As much as i dislike the term 'juicy' this DIPA is very much juicy and has very little bitterness for the style." - Straight from the brewer's mouth.

Georgetown Brewing Co. - Summit to City IPA
Style: Cold IPA
ABV: 6.70%

Malt: 2-Row Pilsner. Hops: Anchovy, Simcoe, Hallertau Blanc, Huell Melon, Mandarina Bavaria and Ariana. We got together with our friends at Dru Bru Brewing and whipped up a Cold IPA featuring hops from Germany, United States and a rad new experimental hop Anchovy from Segal Ranches (doesn't really smell or taste like anchovies). The end result is a crisp, bright and refreshing IPA that sparkles with flavors of cantaloupe, spruce tips, lemon zest and red berries. We hope you enjoy drinking this beer as much as we did making it together.
