One of two collaboration brews with Gilded Goat Brewing Company in Fort Collins. Both beers started the same way: the same grain bill, Crystal hops from Billy Goat Hop Farms, and Jasmine & Rose Hips herbs, but we took different paths through fermentation. At Goat Patch, we brewed a clean, refreshing Saison that features clove aromas from the French Saison yeast balanced by earthy, floral undertones from the rose hips and jasmine, accentuated by the Crystal hops.
