Gotham Project - 2012 Super Minho
Style: Vinho Verde
ABV: 12.00%

The wine is produced from a sustainably farmed single-family estate in the Basto Subregion of the Vinho Verde region and is produced from indigenous grape varieties. Bright and complex citrus aromas of lime and pink grapefruit complimented by refreshing mineral notes. On the palate flavors of ripe yellow and pink grapefruit with a touch of yellow grape fruit balanced by a slight effervescence. Azal adds citrus and freshness with rustic mineral characteristics while Arinto contributes citrus notes and acidity along with volume and structure for aging. Loureiro brings floral aromatics to round out the wine.

Gotham Project - 2014 Faienza Sangiovese
Style: Red Wine
ABV: 13.00%

100% Sangiovese. In the local dialect FAIENZA is the name of the town Emilia-Romagna region where the wine is grown and produced. This estate grown Sangiovese was macerated for 10-15 days and fermented in stainless steel. The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks as well, enabling the wine to reveal bright fruit and perfumed aromas without long bottle age.

Gotham Project - 2017 Del Buono
Style: Red Wine
ABV: 13.50%

100 percent Sangiovese. Roberto del Buono organically farms his 8 Ha estate in the Val de Chiana. It is a hillside vineyard with alluvial soils at approximately 450 meters above sea level. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, this wine has aromas of dark fruits. The palate presents racy acidity, with an elegant texture and notes of sour cherries.

Fermented in stainless steel vats, with short skin contact and a short ageing over fine lees. This special Moscofilero blend has opulent aromas of white flowers, light and fresh honeysuckle, and rounded with notes of rose petals and passion fruit. With bright acidity that leads to a surprisingly long finish of orange rind and a whisper of white pepper this wine is both youthful and fresh.

Style: Gruner Veltliner
ABV: 12.50%

Father and daughter winemakers farm 10-30 year old vines in the Weinviertalon top sites including Tafelberg, Schatzberg, and Sommerleiten. The wine is produced and aged in stainless steel.With classic Veltliner notes of citrus and white pepper, this wine distinguishes itself with a soft fragrant honey finish. Exactly what you would expect from a top notch Heurige in Vienna, Austria.

	Gotham Project - El Rede Style: Malbec ABV: 13.90% Handpicked grapes from 90-year-old vines in the continental climate of Mendoza, Argentina. Grapes were gently de-stemmed and fermentation lasted for 7 days at temperature of 25-28oC. Wine was fermented in stainless steel and underwent malolactic fermentation. Accented by notes of ripe red fruits, blueberries, dark chocolate and coffee beans

	Gotham Project - Elki Style: Sauvignon Blanc ABV: 13.50% From winemaker Giorgio Flessati, the pioneer of the Elqui Valley wine region, the northernmost in Chile. Vines are own-rooted, massale selections. Mouthwatering acidity on the palate with concentrated ripe fruits that carry though into the long finish.

	Gotham Project - Empire Builder: Cabernet Franc Style: Cabernet Franc ABV: 13.50% This wine was aged in seasoned French oak for six months before bottled with minimal filtration. Medium bodied with soft tannins. It has classic raspberry and pencil shaving notes of Cab Franc in the nose and on the palate complimented by a kiss of oak and some subtle notes of savory herbs and dark chocolate.

Produced from 100% from Cabernet Franc from the Wagner and Dalrymple Vineyard on the Eastern Shore of Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes Region. The wine had 8 hours of skin contact and was fermented and aged in stainless steel. Cool temperatures during fermentation preserve the wines’ fresh fruit and bright aromatics. Citrus notes on the palate compliment aromas of raspberry and savory herbs.

Gotham Project - Katas Tempranillo
Style: Red Wine
ABV: 13.50%

This wine comes from Rioja, Spain, but “Rioja” cannot appear on the label because of DO restrictions against wine exported in “bulk”. The moderately warm days and cool nights allow the grapes to ripen slowly, bringing bright aromas and concentrated flavors. The soils are clay and sandy limestone.The wine is aged in stainless steel to emphasize the pure, young flavor of the Tempranillo grape.

Aromas of citrus, peach, and pear followed by flavors of lemon and green apple, this wine has a splash of sweet and tempered by a clean tart finish. The wine was cold-fermented at 500F in stainless steel to retain the fresh and fruity aromasa. The wine did not undergo secondary malolactic fermentation to ensure crisp acidity. Made in California.

The vineyard is sheltered by the Tararuas mountain range and enjoys a long and dry growing season with balmy warm days and pleasantly cool nights. Distinct New Zealand aromatics of tropical fruit and herbacious notes. The focus in the winery is to capture the pure fruit flavors that come from the vineyard while adding complexity through the winemaking efforts to provide a multi-dimensional wine.

Gotham Project - The Finger
Style: Riesling
ABV: 12.00%

Where it all began. Gotham’s first and signature wine, “The Finger”. From Doyle and Fulkerson Vineyards, prime sites on Seneca Lake. Vinified separately, then blended together to find a perfect balance at about 7.8 grams of acid balanced by approximately 10 grams sugar. This youthful and delicate wine dazzles with its multi-dimensional nose of tangerine, lime, and stone fruit. The lightly sweet palate introduces pomelo and Key lime along with acidity that lights up the wine’s light, zesty and vibrant body with pleasantly lower alcohol. An engaging array of summer flowers scents the back palate and fades into the modest finish.

70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Syrah. All grapes are from the Columbia Valley with the principal vineyard sources being High River and Goose Ridge. The Cabernet Sauvignon was fermented with whole berries in stainless tanks for both primary and secondary fermentations, while the Syrah was fermented whole cluster. This resulted in a wine that is bold, rich, textured, but not over the top.
