This beer is a big, malt forward beer coming in at 9.7% ABV and has flavors of caramel, toffee, plums, and hard orange candy. It finishes with a hint of roastiness and a bit of warmth that rounds out the robust malt backbone.

We used yeast native to the rind of the fruit, traditionally brewed by Mexican street cart vendors. The two fermentations were blended and dry-hopped to produce something big, juicy, and tropical with a hint of spice.
