Cassonade Quad is one of 3 offerings this year we describe as our 'inner sanctum' during the time of cold and fires outside with friends that you talk to from far away. We brew Quadrupel with at least 4 packs of sugar and other things like Belgian malted Barley. And Hops, and Atlanta Water, and a very special Belgian yeast. Notes of raisin, caramelized sugar, banana bread toast, kisses, Sucre Clair Foncé, with a nice and gentle natural carbonation.

	Halfway Crooks - Farina Style: Kolsch ABV: 4.80% Notes of white wine, pear, German pilsner malt, floral German hops, and a refreshing dry finish.

	Halfway Crooks - Fest Marzen Style: Marzen ABV: 5.40% Brewed with a classic German yeast strain, a variety of hops from Bavaria, and German malted barley. The result is a beautifully bright, moderately malty beer, with a soft floral hop character, and a clean, flavorful finish

	Halfway Crooks - Metric Style: Helles ABV: 4.80% Unfiltered German-Style Helles Lager. Smooth, clean, and refreshing with a slight malty sweetness expressed by subtle honey and graham cracker notes. Choice Continental hops round out the maltiness with hints of tangerine and light pepper notes accompanied by a pleasant light bitterness.

Halfway Crooks - Super Super Turbo Turbo
Style: Rice Lager
ABV: 5.00%

Lean and clean. Ridiculously clean. Maybe the most clean. And cold. This is a cold lager. Brewed for the people. During the days of summer or other times. A very calm flavor profile; one reflecting intricate workmanship. Delicate aromas of lager yeast and bread dough; lightly sweet, floral flavors; effervescent; refreshing; its the secret weapon when battling the 100° days.
