This Bohemian style pilsner beer is brewed with local malts, and hopped three separate times during the boil with Czech Saaz hops. We did our best to stay as true to the style as possible, so you'll get toasted biscuit and bready notes with a slight sweetness and delicious peppery quality, a signature flavor of the hops used.
