Hellbent Brewing Co. - Dankness
Style: IPA
ABV: 7.10% IBU: 70.0

This pale and malty IPA breaks from the common hops used in today’s fruity and tropical IPA’s and focuses more on the pine and resinous attributes of the hops. Chinook, Columbus, and Simcoe hops used both as a late hop addition and a dry hop create this beers hop profile and Pale malt mixed with a little vienna malt provide the backdrop for these hops to shine.

	Hellbent Brewing Co. - Everglow Winter Style: ABV: 7.50% IBU: 60.0 Brewed with pale malt and a touch of wheat and caramel malts and hopped with Simcoe, Azacca and chinook hops with spruce tips added. It’s a light coppered beer with fruit and berry flavors intertwined with pine and spruce.

Hellbent Brewing Co. - Kirby Krackle Cryo-Hopped IPA
Style: American IPA
ABV: 7.20% IBU: 52.0

Brewed for Comic-Con 2025, referencing a technique used to represent fields of energy in classic comics, as popularized by the legendary Jack Kirby. Kirby Krackle IPA is dry hopped with five different Cryo-hop varieties for a huge burst of fruit. Amarillo, Mosaic, Krush and two New Zealand hops, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin combine for a big cantaloupe, tropical lime, grapefruit and berry hop flavors, but still bitter like an IPA should be.

It’s time for warm jackets, changing leaves, and a little chill in the air. It’s also the perfect time for a nice roasty dark ale, with coffee, and the creaminess that only a Nitro pour can provide. We brewed our new Nitro Coffee Porter with nine different malts for a rich depth of character, added A LOT of whole beans from Boon Boona Coffee, then perfectly conditioned it for a Nitro tap. Hellbent Brewing Co. - Northwest Pilsner
Style: Pilsner
ABV: 5.60% IBU: 35.0

Hellbent Brewing’s Northwest Pilsner is light lager brewed with North American Malts and hopped with northwest hops. The hops used were Lemondrop, Crystal, and Meridian. This beer finishes with a bit more hops than a “usual” pilsner, but it still has a crisp, dry finish and slight bready malt flavor typical of the style.

Do we really need to include a bunch of galactic, sci-fi references to describe this beer? Nah, just drink, chug, or sip our latest IPA at your own pace. Just don’t slurp, ‘cause that’s not cool, and it’s totally unnecessary. There’s a lot of citrus fruit in here, so make sure you take it all in. Ok Spaceman is heavily dry hopped with Bru-1, El Dorado, Citra, and Strata for a taste that’s out of this…wait…not gonna do it, we promised. All you really need to know is that Ok Spaceman is citrus zesty, cloudy, and delicious. Now get out there, grab one, and get the force like Wan Kinobi! C’mon, we had to get one good reference in.

The first hops that touch the wort--Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe--are added in the whirlpool, forming citrus, tropical, and stone fruit hop flavors. Then we kick the hop party up a notch by dry hopping at the end of fermentation with Azacca, Citra, Amarillo, Mosaic, and Simcoe, which creates a sublime hop burst of citrus and tropical fruit aromas that will blow your boots off.

Get that ugly holiday sweater out of the closet, it’s time to get All Spruced Up! Seven different malt varieties give this winter classic a nice toffee brown color, with just the right amount of roasty aroma and flavor. Along with the hops, there’s a subtle addition of fresh local spruce tips. Not too overpowering, a little bitter, but strong enough to keep you warm all winter long. It probably won’t last all winter, so grab some while you can!

Hellbent Brewing Co. - Strata Fresh Hop
Style: American IPA
ABV: 6.60%

Our Fresh Hop Strata IPA is brewed with freshly harvested Strata Hops from Oregon's Willamette Valley, at Goschie Farms. These late-addition hops are used the same day they are picked. Once the beer has nearly fermented, it is then transferred to a “bright” tank where it is dry hopped with fresh Amarillo hops from Virgil Gamache Farms in Washington's Yakima Valley, near Toppenish. The beer itself is a lighter style IPA, brewed with pale two row malt, Dextrin and Vienna malt, plus a small addition of flaked oats. In addition to the dank, tropical citrus and floral hop characteristics, there are grassy, herbaceous notes from the use of the fresh hops. It has 6.6% alcohol by volume.

	Hellbent Brewing Co. - Triple Berry Wheat Style: Wheat ABV: 5.10% IBU: 15.0 Hellbent’s Triple Berry Wheat is an American-style wheat beer brewed with 50% two row malted barley and 50% malted white wheat. It’s lightly hopped with Mt. Hood and Lemondrop hops and flavored with fruit purees of blueberry, blackberry and boysenberry.
