Honolulu Beerworks - 666 Super Beast
Style: Belgian Quadruple
ABV: 11.50%

For our 666th batch we've brewed a beastly 11.5% Belgian Quad with rum soaked raisin, roasted figs, and caramelized brown sugar aromas. Malty sweetness is followed by bittersweet cocoa, vanilla, macerated cherries and currants, finishing with dark toasted bread notes. Don't be fooled by the smooth sweetness of Super Beast because deep down it is looking to ravage your soul!

	Honolulu Beerworks - CoCoWeizen Style: Hefeweizen ABV: 5.50% IBU: 14.0 We started by brewing a classic Bavarian Hefeweizen and threw a local twist on it. Hand toasted coconut gives this hazy wheat beer an wonderfully light tropical aroma and flavor. Traditional Hefeweizen yeast creates a mix of banana, pineapple and clove flavors that are gently complemented by the addition of coconut.

Honolulu Beerworks - Hop Island
Style: India Pale Ale
ABV: 7.20% IBU: 80.0

A bold, dank and resiny IPA loaded with a melody of hop aromas and flavors. CTZ provides a solid bitter base along with strong pine, while Amarillo and Citra layer in bright and vibrant notes of tangerine, grapefruit and pineapple. Mosaic rounds everything out with a hint of fresh berries. This brilliant golden ale packs a punch, yet finishes crisp inviting another sip. Hops: CTZ, Citra, Amarillo and Mosaic.

	Honolulu Beerworks - Hull Yeah Style: American IPA ABV: 6.50% IBU: 55.0 A German hop that gives some nice melon notes and strawberry flavor. Hallertaur Blanc and Mosaic hops are used which gives way to a little lemony grassy finish of bitterness at the end. Light bodied with slight tropical notes from the Mosaic hops.

	Honolulu Beerworks - Kewalo's Style: Cream Ale ABV: 5.50% IBU: 20.0 Kewalos Cream Ale is our lightest and most refreshing beer. The light malt flavors are balanced by a touch of herbal hops to provide a clean and crisp finish. The soft nose of pears and apples follows through in the taste. We brew this ale to be extremely drinkable, yet full of flavor.

	Honolulu Beerworks - Makakilo Style: Brown Ale ABV: 6.50% IBU: 36.0 An American Brown Ale with a kick from El Dorado hops, our Makakilo Brown has a nice medium body with mild, roasty flavors obtained from the grains used in the brewing process. The dark roast finishes dry with a touch of bitterness and fruit flavor.

Pia Mahi’ai (Farmers Beer) is a tribute to the farmers of Hawaii and our take on the classic Belgian farmhouse ale style. Brewed with locally grown oranges, tangerines, lemons, limes, lemongrass and Big Island Honey, Pia Mahi’ai explodes with fresh pungent citrus and spice aromas that follow through in the taste. Our house saison yeast creates complex flavors of allspice, clove and a slight peppery finish.

Honolulu Beerworks - Point Panic
Style: American Pale Ale
ABV: 5.90% IBU: 36.0

Like the famous bodysurfing break it's named after, this pale ale is smooth, well rounded and has just a bit of kick. We use generous amounts of Cascade hops throughout the brewing process to layer this pale ale with bright citrus notes and a mild lingering hop bitterness. We round it out with a solid malt backbone providing notes of toasted bread and just a touch of sweetness.

Honolulu Beerworks - Sheltered Bay
Style: India Pale Ale

This Pacific Northwest style IPA is full of bold hop flavors that are balanced by a strong malt backbone. Sheltered Bay IPA has a complex aroma of sweet toffee, freshly baked bread and vibrant orange and grapefruit zest. The medium-full body has a base of toasted malt with just a touch of sweet caramel to provide a great balance for the hops we use.

Honolulu Beerworks - Smokey McSmokerson
Style: Smoked Porter
ABV: 5.75% IBU: 46.0

Not too sweet, not too smokey, but jusssss right! We brewed an easy drinking brown porter with a touch of mesquite and cherry wood smoked malt for the perfect Hawaiian winter sipper. This dark brown, traditional english style porter, has a soft toffee malt backbone that gives way to a glorious smokey flavor. The soft touch of smoke is balanced by toasty notes of sweet bread and caramel for a complex, yet approachable dark beer.

On Sept 15, 2017, the spacecraft Cassini ended its 13 year mission by plummeting into Saturn. To commemorate the historic event, we combined nine different grains, honey, and milk sugar, to create a Russian Imperial Stout that’s as black as the depths of space. A bitter sweet beer for a bitter sweet event. This one’s for you, Cassini.

Honolulu Beerworks - Zest of Both Worlds
Style: Sour
ABV: 5.10% IBU: 5.0

Zest of Both Worlds is the liquid embodiment of the Meyer lemon, a sweeter version of the lemons most of us are used to. Not only was this beer brewed with the Meyer lemons from a local Hawaiian farm. Lemon/orange citrus character and a crisp lactic acidity dominate the flavor followed by light grainy notes from a rustic malt bill and ending with a clean dry finish.
