Hubbard's Cave - Clean IPA
Style: American IPA
ABV: 7.00%

Clean IPA follows a more classic west-coast IPA profile, but we like a touch of caramel malt in there to darken her up a bit and add a little midwest flavor. This one uses Sticky Fingers, a proprietary blend from Hop Alliance who provides us a lot of our hops. These hops yield a very herbal aroma, with a light earthy spice and a touch of citrus. This one finishes drier with a touch more bitterness.

Packed with Citra, Cashmere, and Centennial, this new addition to the V-series has an aroma that comes bursting out of the can. On the first sip your palate is greeted by a wave of overripe tropical fruit and citrus, before being washed over by the SweeTart character only Centennial can bring, then swept up by an undercurrent of drying, piney dankness that'll keep you coming back for tube after tube. Righteous!
